NP PulseOnTheGo House Calls, PLLC is a mobile nurse practitioner practice providing comprehensive medical care in home and facility-based settings, including assisted living and other residential care environments. The practice is owner-operated by Phil Gallinaro, APRN, FNP-BC, and delivers clinically focused, patient-centered services such as chronic disease management, medication management, acute illness evaluation, and coordination of care. The model is designed to improve access, safety, and continuity of care for patients who are unable to easily attend traditional office visits.

Phil Gallinaro, MSN

Phil Gallinaro, MSN

APRN, FNP-BC

Phil Gallinaro is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. He began his nursing career in 2010 as a Registered Nurse and has since developed extensive clinical expertise across multiple areas of patient care, including palliative and hospice medicine.
Phil earned his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and achieving positive health outcomes. His clinical approach emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with patients and families, and thoughtful coordination of care to support each patient’s unique needs.
Phil’s experience in palliative and hospice care gave him a unique perspective on the importance of preventive medicine, early intervention, and strong patient-provider relationships. Seeing firsthand how chronic conditions progress when they are not effectively managed inspired him to pursue primary care, where he can work with patients earlier in their health journey. His goal is to help patients stay healthy, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life through proactive, personalized care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Phil serves as a CHAP Certified Consultant, supporting quality and regulatory standards in healthcare organizations. His background in palliative and hospice care has strengthened his ability to provide comprehensive, empathetic care that focuses on improving quality of life for patients at every stage of health.
Phil is passionate about building trusting relationships with his patients and believes that clear communication, education, and collaboration are key components of effective healthcare.

Isaiah Gallinaro is a dedicated and compassionate Community Liaison with over three years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a strong background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), he brings firsthand patient care experience and a deep understanding of the needs of individuals and families navigating healthcare services.
Isaiah is passionate about helping others and takes pride in ensuring that each patient’s needs are met with dignity, respect, and personalized attention. His ability to connect with patients, families, and healthcare providers allows him to effectively coordinate care and support positive outcomes.
Committed to service excellence, Isaiah strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves by advocating for quality care and fostering strong community relationships.

AnnMarie Gilpin is a Medical Biller, Coder, and Office Assistant at NP Pulse on the Go. She completed her Medical Billing and Coding training through DeVry University, where she maintained an A average while working full-time. AnnMarie brings a diverse professional background, including experience in Accounts Payable, in Customer Service as well as a Facilities Supervisor, giving her a well-rounded approach to administrative and patient support.
She is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to always doing what is right.

We share information with our patients that we feel can help them and keep them informed. Every practice is different, and we try to provide patients with key information regarding their health. For a complete list of features, ask our friendly staff.

Access to our Portal and the healow app are completely free. We share this information with our patients to give them access to their health records and help them make better healthcare decisions.

Sign-up is simple and outlined in the steps above. You should receive a username and password from our practice via email that you can print out and customize after your initial login. Access can be made via any web browser, or through the smartphone app.

The app and our Portal allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call the front desk and we can reset the username and/or password for you.

User support is built into the web portal and the app, or you can ask a member of our staff.
